Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original biodegradable packaging, ensuring all sustainable tags and labels are still attached.

  Ship Your Items

  Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
